A huge thank you to Eric and the wonderful, highly professional team! I arrived this morning with a DIY balayage that I wasn't happy with. They immediately understood my distress and offered me an appointment that same morning. The result is a gorgeous beige blonde, all done in record time before my first day of work. Bravo! 👏 You can go there with complete confidence.

I came a few days ago, the salon is incredible, the welcome is beyond words, they take such good care of you, are always there to listen and fulfill your wishes, their team is fantastic, a great atmosphere, and a superb team. Their professionalism and the way they all work is extraordinary and exceptional. They are so kind and attentive, always smiling. I felt calm and confident in their hands. I will definitely be back!

I strolled into Franck Provost in Villars-Sur-Ollon late on Saturday afternoon, very much wanting a hair cut in the midst of travels with my partner. Magda listened to what I wanted (speaking excellent English) and did a wonderful job styling my hair. We discovered that she had worked in a hair salon in my home suburb in Sydney, Australia! I came out feeling very happy and satisfied and with a much more regenerated style. Thank you Magda. I am very grateful.
